Entry into Crime World
Godara’s entry into the crime world was not planned, but rather a result of his involvement in student politics. He got into several clashes and fights with rival groups and was booked for various offenses such as attempts to murder, trespassing, assault, and robbery between 2010 and 2012.

Out of the seven FIRs registered against him in Chandigarh, he was acquitted in four, and three cases are still pending. His gang grew in size and influence throughout his education at Panjab University.

He also ventured into liquor smuggling and sheltered murderers in his gang. He had to often go into hiding and change his locations to evade the police. He also used fake identities and documents to travel and operate.

In 2014, he had an armed encounter with the Rajasthan Police in Bharatpur, after which he was arrested and sent to jail. There, he plotted more murders and witness eliminations. He also befriended a gangster-turned-politician, Jaswinder Singh, alias Rocky, who was the leader of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Under Rocky’s guidance, he became more active and powerful in Rajasthan and Punjab. He also developed rivalries with other gangs such as the Anandpal Singh gang and the Raju Theth gang. Rocky was assassinated in 2016 by Jaipal Bhullar, another gangster, who was later killed by the police in 2020.
