He then later had his B.Sc Degree from the University of Haryana. He graduated in mathematics. After completing his degree course he went to Delhi to be a Mathematics teacher.

He began providing notes to students to prepare for Government Job exams like SSC, IAS, Bank, Railway, C-Tet, and other state exams. One day Rakesh Yadav was parking his car in the parking of the coaching class when he found a student with a whitewashed cycle. Rakesh raised a question to the student why his cycle is so dirty? Then the student shared with him that inside his family he does not have his parents and lives with his younger brother. He is bearing all the expenses of his younger brother by working as Whiteasher. During the day he use to do a job of Whitewash and at night he use to study.
At that time Rakesh came out with an Idea for the Career Will app and launched his YouTube channel. He found that teaching online will help students who do not have time and do jobs in a day.
And later months after launching his app he got a call from the Whitwasher student whose name was Pawan. Pawan shared with Rakesh that with the help of online classes, he has cracked his government exams and has been appointed as an Income Tax officer.
