He was the man behind the success of many Nigerian songs and films music. He has collaborated with different popular singers and composers during his journey to success. Biodata – Born as the youngest child of his African parents Dayo was born on 4th April 1952 at Igbore Robiyan, Abeokuta, Ogun State. He has spent his complete childhood in Roboyan Village. He had an interesting childhood. When he was a toddler he uses to get farms with his father and mother. He at that time also uses to hawk goods. But entering the age of schooling he started going to attend the African Church Primary School.
Then from there, he got admitted to Soba Technical School situated at Ojuelegba, Lagos. From here he got his training as an engineer.

Dayo was the hero of 90’s music and become popular when he launched his first album Super Jet in 1991. He use to compose his songs in a miracle way as composing song talent was god gifted to him. In his days of learning, he was unable to rent different musical instruments and struggled a lot to learn to play guitar and other musical instruments.
He when enter the music industry joined several bands and use to play guitar for bands. At that time he was not involved in singing. The first popular music composer with whom Dayo worked was Jossy Olu Oguntade. At that time Jossy Olu Oguntade was having a band in Dayo’s hometown. Dayo’s working with Jossy provided him with a different image and helped him in getting contracts.
During his journey, he has played with Prince Adekunle and Md Jayesinmi. Working with both of them he also established a band called Superstars and later Dayo formed his own band.
As he was young and use to play guitar many people started him calling him Wonder Boy and his name become popular as Wonder Dayo Kujore.
Since becoming popular he was usually booked for various events and always spotted presenting himself in different concerts in different cities.

Dayo Kujore’s Death Cause (Obituary & News)
The legendary Juju Music composer Dayo Kujore died at the age of 69 on 10th January 2022. His news of the death was confirmed by his youngest daughter Ayinke Dayo Kujore.
Ayinke shared that his father died on the morning of 10th January 2022 at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja after a brief illness. His daughter shared a smiling picture of her father.
