Danish Azad Ansari joined Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) during his studies at Lucknow University. He was a member of ABVP from 2011-2018. He always wanted to be a fair politician and help the Muslim community. As per his Facebook account, he started serving the position of a Member Urdu Language Committee at Uttar Pradesh Government on 29 October 2018. He left his service in August 2021.
