Dana was almost 20-24 years old when she started working as a chef. After her marriage, she was working as a homemaker but never did a job to earn money. But her trouble and issue in marriage forced her to go for a vacation out from home and she visited Denver 25 years ago. She there found a signboard of Panzano Italian restaurant and it was written that they were hiring staff.
There she decided that even she don’t know anything but will apply for a job. At that time she thought to apply for a dishwasher in Panzano restaurant but destiny has decided something else for her. The chief chef of the Panzano at that time Mr. Ben Davis hires her as she knows to speak little English.
Chef hired her and decided to teach her and first taught him to operate different kitchen preps put her under the chef Jennifer Jasinski. As Dana was a fast learner she gained many things under chef Jennifer and also learned Spanish from her while working there.
She later become an expert Saus chef while working at Panzano and worked with many male chefs over there. Years of her working and learning at Panzano Italian restaurant in the Hotel Monaco made her a professional and expert chef.
Later in 2012 destiny of Dana changed when he crossed paths with Tony Maciag Co-owner of Work and Class restaurant in Denver. Though, Tony and Dana were friends earlier from there working in Panzano. When Tony met Dana he offered her to work as Executive Chef in Work & Class restaurant and she immediately agreed to that.
