When Chris got settled in Phoenix and began to supply Mozzarella cheese to a Pizza restaurant his life changed. He got the opportunity to learn things about catering operations and then tried his hand at Wood Pizza Oven to make pizza.
One attendant at the Catering event name Cosco saw him making pizza on Wood Oven and offered him a small space in the corner of his store to sell and make pizza there. He on the corner of the grocery store began to sell Margherita, Marinara, and one special pizza to the customers. His pizza became quite popular in the city. Then in 1988, he came up with the idea to develop his pizza-making skill in order to make it a full-time profession for high earnings.
Chris Bianco then worked hard to collect money to travel to Italy to improve his pizza-making skills. Finally, he traveled to Italy and learned for six months there. On returning to the US he shifted to Santa Fe New Mexico and worked for three years in an Italian Restaurant. In 1994 he finally returned back to Phoenix and opened his own pizza Shop at the Town & Country Shopping Center Mall called Pizzeria Bianco.
Getting success from Pizzeria Bianco he opened Bar Bianco in 1997. Then he kept on getting success in his career. In 2003 he won the Award James Beard Foundation for Best Chef Southwest. Then in 2005, he opened another business branch named Pane Bianco. It is a lunch and Sandwich shop available on Central Avenue about four miles away from Pizzeria Bianco.
In 2010 doctors advised him to step away from cooking due to his Asthma. He faced issues in breathing due to Oven and flour. Then Chris’s brother Marco Bianco handles the work of Pizza making.
In 2013 after his marriage he opened Simply Italian Restaurant. In May 2016 he opened a non-pizza restaurant called Tratto right next door to the Pizzeria Bianco.
