Bitta killed him by following the orders of Ashfaq Majeed Wani. Satish was his Bitta friend and also a local businessman. From here his killing started and he later killed many people. He even confessed that he has not only killed Hindus but some of them were Muslim too.
He never uses to kill people by masking his face and never missed any target. He got his name Bitta Karate because he was an expert in Martial Arts and Bitta was his pet name.

Bitta Karate Bio – Former terrorist Farooq Ahmed Dar has his roots in Srinagar, J& K as he rejuvenated there in 1973. He was born in the Guru Bazar a famous neighborhood city of Srinagar in Kashmir. He has spent his life with his Kashmiri Muslim siblings before he joined the Militant army in his 20th year of age.
He completed his schooling and education from the local education centers of Srinagar. Bitta Karate moved to terrorism because he was not happy at that time with the ruling party rules.

Bitta Karate’s Kashmir Militancy, Professions & Separatist Movements
Before the Genocide of Kashmiri Pandit in 1990, Mr. Bitta got his militant training in 1988 from Pakistan by crossing the LoC. He was taken to Pok (Pakistan Occupied Kashmir) blindfolded and was trained for 32 days for killing people as terrorists.
In 1990 Farooq started spreading his terror by using his skills to kill people that he learned in Pakistan.
Following the order of Ashfaq Majeed Wani to kill Kashmiri Pandit from January 1990 to June 1990, Farooq was finally caught by the Border Security force on 22nd June 1990.
He had used pistol and Ak-47 to kill people in the streets of Srinagar and even to save him from Indian Security Forces.
Following his arrest, he was sent to prison. He was ported to different jails in India during his period of Imprisonment. Bitta Karate has spent his few years in Kot Bhalwal Jail in Jammu, Jail In Kathua, Jodhpur Central jail, and much other Jail of India.

On 23rd October 2006, his bail was accepted by the court, and met his family on 25th October 2006. After his release from the Jail, he got a warm welcome from many of his supporters in Kashmir and different Kashmiri Pandit organizations raised protests against his release from Jail.
Behind coming out he again joined the JKLF and currently holding the position of Chairman of this organization. In 2019, he was again arrested under the allegation of Terror Fundings. He was arrested by National Investigation Agency (NIA)
