Akhila Yechury (born in 1984) is an Indian-origin Lecturer based in Edinburgh, Scotland. She is in the news for being one of the children of Sitaram Yechury (an Indian politician). He serves as the head of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) as of April 2021.
Sitaram became the general secretary of this party after winning the elections on April 19, 2015. Later in his career, this politician became one of the important members of the Politburo of the Communist Party of India (Marxist). Earlier, Sitaram Yechury was even its’ Parliamentary group leader.

Biography
The politician’s daughter was born to her loving parents in the year 1984 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. However, she seems to be a very private person and has never told anything about her actual birthdate on the internet.
Because of her birth year, I assume Akhila Yechury’s age is 36 years old. She studied in one of the best private schools in Chennai. Later for her college education, she chose to go abroad and completed her college there in Scotland.
