Tata Neu Super App Launched in India: Features, Download Links, Offers & Benefits
Mumbai – Tata Group has launched a new Super App for users across India. It’s called Tata Neu. This Tata Neu Super app provides several services like groceries, flight bookings, food delivery, investments, hotel bookings, and more.
Over the years in the tech world, there’s been so much talk about super apps. Now in China, of course, they have WeChat. You can do practically anything on WeChat. But, now in India, we have the Tata New Super App by the Tata Group. What’s it all about? Well, let’s find out.
Pitched as a Tata Super App Tata Neu brings all your needs under one roof in the form of this app, you can book your airline tickets, you can well shop for groceries, you can buy the newest iPhones, and you can even make your hotel bookings, eat and drink entertainment.
There’s a TATA IPL section as well, all of this in one app. Of course, these are all different companies or services offered by the Tata Group. One noteworthy thing is that when of course, we thought that in the fitness and health space, there would be a cure fit option here, that’s not here yet. And when you click on flight bookings, well, you only get an Air Asia option.
You don’t get Vistara yet, but everything else can be done in one click. This Tata Neu Super App is now available to users across India, and it promises super rewards. With this move, India’s Tata group attempts to take on Amazon and of course Jio.
This Tata Neu app allows users to book hotels with the Taj group, like I said, AirAsia for flights it also lets users purchase electronics from Chroma, beauty, and luxury products from click, and television viewers can manage their satellite TV through Tata Sky.
Now if you’re going through the app, you also have well services like big basket and of course, Onemg, which also allows users to make payments. And users are entitled to the option of personal loans and insurance making its debut through this all-inclusive app is also data’s flagship UPI payment service Tatapay. Now. Besides its myriad functionalities, a sneak peek of the app reveals this sleek user interface, the appearance is quite slick, it looks like something which is geared towards millennials, I won’t say Gen Z, because I haven’t seen a lot of vertical video content yet. Now the logo and individual icons on the application are colored. There’s this contrasting black background of the app that pops out to engage customers.
Now with this latest installment, the Tata Group, one of India’s oldest business conglomerates, makes an innovative attempt to grab a greater share of the app market and revolutionize the Super App space. Look, super apps aren’t a new phenomenon. We’ve seen the original one which was WeChat. Not here. But in China over a billion users. Ali pay has users all over the world as well. This is a very popular even line all across Asia.
Have they done so well in the West? Maybe not. That’s because user behavior consumer behavior is sort of different, especially in Western countries. In India, this is perhaps the first attempt of such a big group to do something like this.
Paytm tried, but Well, that wasn’t sticky enough. It will be interesting to see how the other conglomerates, the top companies in India innovate.
