New Delhi, May 8, 2021 – Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has hit out at Prime Minister Modi in a tweet thing people are dying and Prime Minister is collecting taxes. Rahul Gandhi has gone ahead and taken a jibe saying a ‘Tax Vasooli’. So Rahul Gandhi has called the Prime Minister Tax Vasooli. He has gone ahead and taken a jibe at Prime Minister through a tweet. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has tweeted and I quote, “People are dying and the Prime Minister is collecting taxes.”

Well, As far as this particular tweet is concerned that the former Congress Party president Rahul Gandhi has posted a tweet and he’s taking a jibe at Prime Minister Modi over the issue of GST, because given the fact that the Government of India is affected the GST over the medicines and vaccines, which are being purchased by the state government and the private houses.
So, this is a jibe at the Government of India over the issue of GST, and Rahul Gandhi is clearly saying that at the time when the country that many citizens of India are losing their life, but the government of India is busy collecting their GST tax. And that’s why he has posted this hashtag GST.
It is quite clear that GST is there and it’s medical equipment in oxygens and the vaccines so this is important that is not the first time when the Congress Party has made some kind of demand. Yesterday itself Congress party president Sonia Gandhi have taken a meeting with the party’s Member of Parliament. Before that Rahul Gandhi sought a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and he has given a few suggestions to Prime Minister Modi in that particular letter on this issue was mentioned in that letter also.
He made that letter public and in that letter, he suggested that the government should come up with the plan to vaccinate all the Indian citizens as soon as possible. Because as far the Rahul Gandhi suggestion the vaccination is the only way to stop the containment to contain that pandemic COVID-19. Though he said that it looks like the nationwide lockdown looks inevitable because due to the surge of the COVID-19 virus, but he also suggests the PM Modi give financial assistance to the underprivileged groups of Indian society.
