Government will Give 5Kg Free Food Grains for 2 Months to Poor under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana – Amit Shah
New Delhi, 23 April 2021 – In the mid of the Covid crisis and oxygen shortage in the country, Amit Shah has announced some relief for the poor people. The government of India decided to give 5 kg of food grains for two months under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana. This scheme will cost around ₹ 26,000 crores.
Indian Home minister tweeted – “Given Corona’s growing influence ₹ 26,000 crores on the decision to give 5 kg of food grains for two months under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana @narendramodi Greetings to ji This will benefit about 80 crore people of the country. The Modi government stands with the countrymen at every step in this disaster.“
This scheme will benefit around 80 crores of the poor public in India. Any person who under the poverty line can get benefit from this scheme. PM Modi has also confirmed this news.
