This film shows that Siddhartha Reddy (played by Nithiin) is an IAS officer. He was appointed as a district collector for the Guntur district in Andhra Pradesh. In the city, he fell in love with a beautiful girl named Swathi (acted by Krithi Shetty). The movie further shows that Siddhartha Reddy goes against MLA Rajappa (Samuthirakani), who is a politician and local rowdy.
The rest of the film is based on the altercation between the IAS officer and the politician. The makers did not mention much about the film in any public domain not to spoil the interest of the public. This movie is produced by Sudhakar Reddy and Nikitha Reddy. It is produced under the production company of Sreshth Movies. The shooting of the film started in September 2021. After the completion of the shooting and production, the makers announced its release. As per the reports, the film ‘Macherla Chunav Kshetra (MCK)’ got released on 12 August 2022 in the theatres. The streaming rights of the film were acquired by ZEE5. This movie also includes a lot of hit songs such as Chill Maro, Adirindey, Ra Ra Reddy I’m Ready, and Pori Superoo.
