According to the Fleetwood police, Miller was driving southbound on Richmond Road around 7:30 a.m. when he lost control of his vehicle and left the road. He then struck a tree in the 1000 block of Richmond Road. Miller was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. He was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
