Sachin Vaze Suspended by Mumbai Police After Two Days of His Arrest by NIA

Sachin Vaze has now been suspended from his service. As per the source, he is in DNI custody now. Certainly procedurally given the fact that the national investigation agency has already submitted a report to the Mumbai police. And this essentially would be a decision that was basically taken in consultation with the Mumbai police commissioner and the joint commissioner of the administration department who would essentially be issuing the suspension order of Sachin Vaze.

This is clearly in violation of the police courts. That is the reason why perhaps the decisions that have been taken by the Mumbai police to go ahead with the suspension of such involving this after the national investigation agency would have by now submitted preliminary report to the Mumbai police as far as their findings in this case.

In this concern, Sachin Vaze faces some serious allegations with regards to planting of explosives in a car that was placed outside Mukesh Ambani’s residence. And not just that the national investigation agency at this point in time also has the evidence that this was the same vehicle, the SUV that was driven by Sachin Vaze for almost several months put together.

Even on the day when the car was placed outside Mukesh Ambani’s residence, CCTV footage that has been accessed by the agency essentially indicates that Sachin Vaze was actually using the same SUV car. These are some very serious allegations based on which a decision has now be taken to suspend Sachin Vaze.

He is a controversial Mumbai cop that we know of and he was earlier suspended to an alleged case that still the investigation is pending and he was reinstated in 2020 by the Maharashtra government.
