Storyline & Plot
Enigma is a series that revolves around the supernatural phenomena and secrets that plague Satrikurat School, a prestigious and elite institution that has a dark and bloody past. The school was founded by Professor Nakarit, a genius scientist who experimented on human subjects, especially children, to create superhumans with special abilities. He also used black magic and ancient rituals to manipulate the school’s energy and influence the people within it. His ultimate goal was to create a perfect being, his son Ajin, who inherited his father’s intelligence and power.
However, Ajin’s mother, who was also Nakarit’s assistant, opposed his cruel methods and tried to protect Ajin from his father’s influence. She sacrificed herself to seal Nakarit’s laboratory and prevent him from harming anyone else. Ajin, who was only a child, witnessed his mother’s death and escaped from the school. He grew up with a hatred for his father and a desire to avenge his mother.

Years later, Ajin returned to the school as a new teacher, under the guise of a clumsy and naive man. He secretly used his abilities and knowledge to manipulate the school’s energy and cause strange events to happen, such as students stabbing teachers, ghosts appearing, and students developing powers. He also befriended Farinda, a curious and brave student who was interested in the school’s mysteries. Farinda, who had a crush on Ajin, was unaware of his true identity and motives.
Ajin’s plan was to lure his father out of hiding and confront him, as well as to awaken Farinda’s memories of her past life as his mother. He also wanted to destroy the school and everyone in it, as he believed they were all corrupted by his father’s influence. However, his plan was complicated by the interference of other forces, such as the school’s principal, who was also Nakarit’s former colleague and rival, and a group of students who had formed a club to investigate the school’s secrets.
The series follows the twists and turns of Ajin’s scheme, as well as the discoveries and dangers that Farinda and her friends face. It also explores the themes of morality, loyalty, love, and destiny, as the characters struggle to find their true selves and their place in the world.

Recap of Season 2
Enigma Season 2 continued the story from the first season, where Farinda and her friends discovered the truth about Ajin and his father. The second season focused on the aftermath of Ajin’s betrayal, as well as the escalation of his father’s plan. Here are some of the key events that happened in the second season:
- Farida was heartbroken and angry after learning that Ajin had lied to her and used her for his own agenda. She also realized that she was the reincarnation of Ajin’s mother, who had died protecting him from his father. She decided to stop Ajin and his father and joined forces with the principal and the investigation club.
- Ajin was conflicted between his feelings for Farinda and his hatred for his father. He also faced opposition from his father’s followers, who wanted to kill him and take his place as the perfect being. He decided to accelerate his plan and unleash his full power, causing more chaos and destruction in the school.
- Nakarit, who had been hiding in his secret laboratory under the school, finally emerged and confronted Ajin and Farinda. He revealed that he had been manipulating the school’s energy and the students’ abilities for years and that he had a grand scheme to create a new world order with his son as the leader. He also revealed that he had a backup plan, in case Ajin failed or betrayed him: he had cloned Ajin and created a female version of him, named Ajina, who was loyal to him and had the same abilities as Ajin.
- Farinda and her friends tried to stop Nakarit and his army of clones, but they were outnumbered and overpowered. Farinda was captured by Nakarit, who tried to brainwash her and make her his new assistant. Ajin, who had escaped from his father’s clutches, came to rescue Farinda and fought against Nakarit and Ajina. He also tried to convince Farinda to join him and leave the school, but she refused and told him that she loved him, but she could not forgive him for what he had done.
- The final battle took place in Nakarit’s laboratory, where he activated a device that would amplify his and Ajin’s power and destroy the school and the city. Farinda and her friends managed to infiltrate the laboratory and sabotage the device, while Ajin and Nakarit had a showdown. Ajin, who had regained his memories of his mother and his love for Farinda, overcame his father’s influence and defeated him. He also sacrificed himself to stop the device from exploding, saving the school and the city. Farinda, who witnessed Ajin’s death, was devastated and cried over his body.
- The season ended with a cliffhanger, where Ajin’s body was shown to be missing from the morgue, and a mysterious voice was heard saying that he was still alive and that he would return soon.
