A manga adaptation with illustrations by Hinoki Kino began serialization on the Comic Gardo website in December 2020, and has also five volumes as of August 2023.
The story follows Rishe Irmgard Weitzner, a young lady who has been stuck in a time loop for seven times. In each loop, she has her engagement to the crown prince annulled, and then dies at the age of 20, five years later. The cause of her death varies from loop to loop, but it always involves the Hyne Kingdom, a neighboring country that has been the source of all kinds of troubles, such as war, plague, and famine.
In the seventh loop, Rishe catches the eye of Prince Arnold of the Hyne Kingdom, who proposes to her. Rishe agrees to marry him on the condition that she can live a carefree life without any royal duties. She hopes to avoid her fate by staying away from trouble and enjoying her time in the Hyne Kingdom.
However, she soon realizes that Arnold is not the same person as in her previous loops, and that he has a hidden side that makes her curious. As Rishe and Arnold get to know each other better, they start to develop feelings for each other, but will their love be enough to break the time loop?

What are the storylines of this anime series?
The first episode will give us an introduction to Rishe, who was used as a political pawn by her parents as they want her to get married to the crown prince of Hyne kingdom- Arnold Hein. But they disown her as soon as her engagement gets annulled.
It continues to happen seven times in a row. The past six times after she got disowned, she lived her life with dignity and engaged in various occupations but, every time she lost her life at the age of 20, which is five years after her engagement got annulled.
We get to see that this time, that is, the seventh time, things seem a bit different. Arnold seems different and she doesn’t feel like ending the engagement. Rather, this time, Rishe wants to live a long royal life wherein she will loaf around all day and perform no royal duties. Surprisingly, Arnold agrees with it.
